Three lines to ask about
Ask them of any software you are choosing.
Does a row move money at once?
A row from staff without auto-approve waits as Pending and moves no balance.
Can you see the balance before it?
Each entry carries the balance it started from and the one it ended at.
What happens to a wrong entry?
Cancelled, not deleted: the balance returns and the row keeps its new state.
