Add-ons, in the same book
An invoice is raised for an add-on and it is attached the day that invoice is paid. There is no self-serve button for these; ask and we set it up.

How the money moves
Is this charged per member?
No. A plan covers a member count. Adding the five-hundredth member costs the same as adding the fifth; the plan changes when the count outgrows the cap.
What happens after the seven days?
The account stops taking new members or new staff seats until an invoice is paid. Nothing is deleted and the ledger stays readable, so paying late costs a delay and not a history.
How is an invoice paid?
A checkout page run by Micro E-pay takes it. Their confirmation marks the invoice paid, attaches the plan to the business and adds the plan’s credits to the SMS balance.
Can I change plan or billing period?
Yes. Pay an invoice for the other plan or cycle and the subscription moves to it, extended by 30, 90 or 365 days. A part-used period is not credited against the new one.
How do I stop paying?
There is no cancel button, and nothing renews by itself. The subscription runs to its expiration date and stays there. Write to [email protected] if you want the ledger as a file before you leave.
Prices, caps and credit counts come from the plan book. The terms say what each side undertakes; the privacy policy says what happens to the data.
